This recipe shows you, how to make the perfect basic pancake for all kinds of fillings - sweet and savoury. If it's always turned out chunky or thick, that's about to change.
đ Ingredients (for about 10-12 pieces):

2 eggs

2,5 dl milk
-
1 dl soda water (or plain water)

20 dkg fine flour
-
1 pinch of salt
-
1 tablespoon oil (plus a little for frying)
đ©âđł Preparation step by step:

Mix the dough until smooth:
Mix the egg and milk in a bowl, then add the flour a little at a time. Mix until lump-free. -
Dilution:
Add the soda water (or water), pinch of salt and oil.
For the dough must be liquidbut not too dilute - so that a ladleful spreads easily in the pan. -
Rest (optional but recommended):
If you have time, let it rest 20-30 minutes - this will make the texture even better. -
Baking:
Heat up a non-stick frying pan, grease it with a little oil.
Spoon in the pasta with a ladle and spin it aroundto spread out.
1-1 minute per page is plenty - when the edge separates, turn it over.đĄ More tips:

If Sweet you want pancakes: add 1 tablespoon of icing sugar + 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

If salty version (e.g. for pancakes in HortobĂĄgy), do not add sugar, but you can add a pinch of pepper or grated cheese!
