This removes the starch and <strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"877\">will not be sticky<\/strong> the rice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"1011\">\n<p data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1011\"><strong data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"909\">Exact proportions:<\/strong><br data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"912\" \/>One portion for rice <strong data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"948\">two parts water<\/strong> must. This is the key.
